Where each fits

What the table means for your site

Where the MacSync LTS X1 fits

Sites that need a mains-powered version next to the battery one, a probe choice, an operating range to +80 °C, and a supplier in India for WPC-compliant hardware, replacement units and engineering support in Indian time. Configuration from a phone over Bluetooth suits teams commissioning hundreds of points.

Where the Milesight EM300-TH fits

A compact, light IP67 unit with the same sensing figures and a long stated battery life on a small cell. It is battery-only and has no probe, so it suits ambient monitoring in rooms, stores and enclosures rather than probes into chambers.

Where the Dragino LHT65N fits

The lowest-cost route to a LoRaWAN temperature point with an external probe input. Configuration is by AT commands over a cable, which suits engineers more than facility teams, and the IP rating is not stated on the documentation page checked.

Questions

Choosing between them

On the published figures the MacSync LTS X1 and the Milesight EM300-TH are identical: ±0.3 °C from 0 to +70 °C and ±3% RH from 10 to 90% RH. The Dragino LHT65N states a typical ±0.3 °C and ±3% RH. Accuracy will not separate these three; power options, probes and support will.

Each manufacturer states life for its own conditions. Macnman quotes about 2 years at 5-minute reporting and 7+ years at hourly on a 19 Ah cell; Milesight quotes over 10 years at 10-minute intervals on SF7; Dragino quotes up to 10 years depending on interval. Compare at the interval and spreading factor you will actually run, and use the free battery calculator on this site.

Only the MacSync LTS X1 has a 9–36 V DC variant. The EM300-TH and LHT65N are battery-only on the pages checked.

The MacSync LTS X1 is WPC compliant for the IN865 band and is manufactured in Pune. Check the current compliance status of imported units with their Indian distributor.
