LoRaWAN Pressure Sensors Compared: MacSync LPS Xx vs Milesight EM500-PP vs Dragino PS-LB vs Decentlab DL-PR21 vs Ellenex PTS2-L
Five LoRaWAN pressure transducers for water networks, hydrant lines, pumping stations, plants and pipelines, for anyone weighing an alternative to the EM500-PP, the PS-LB kit, the Decentlab PR21 or the Ellenex PTS2-L. The differences are the number of ranges on one platform, how accuracy and stability are worded, whether the pressure reference is stated, battery against DC, Class C from a phone, IN865 as standard and where the hardware and the support come from.

Where each fits
What the table means for your site
Where the MacSync LPS Xx fits
Many points across a zone, a ring main or a plant that need monitoring and alerts rather than transient capture: three ranges to 10 MPa on one node, SS316 on G1/4, battery or 9–36 V DC, Class C and MacTalk from a phone, IN865 as standard with WPC compliance, made and supported in Pune. Its datasheet is silent on the pressure reference, long-term stability, resolution and stored records, and this comparison says so.
Where the Milesight EM500-PP fits
A single 16 bar vented-gauge sensor with a well documented sheet: stability per year, 1,000 stored entries, NFC setup and a lab-rated ten-year battery. One range, no DC variant, no Class C, imported.
Where the Dragino PS-LB fits
The lowest-cost route, sold in India through marketplaces: a node that reads a third-party threaded or immersion probe chosen by order code, with the probe maker's figures. Node enclosure and cable are not on the product page; support is from Shenzhen.
Where the Decentlab DL-PR21 fits
Swiss environmental-grade sensing with linearity and total error band stated separately, on alkaline cells; one range per model, no DC, bands and ingress rating not on its page.
Where the Ellenex PTS2-L fits
The most complete datasheet of the five: selectable ranges to 100 MPa, vented, sealed or absolute reference, zero and span coefficients and stability per year. IN865 is not listed and battery life is given in transmissions rather than years.

Questions
Choosing between them
Milesight states a vented gauge reference and Ellenex offers vented, sealed or absolute. The MacSync LPS Xx, Dragino PS-LB and Decentlab DL-PR21 pages do not state it; ask Macnman for the engineering note before a vacuum or altitude application.
The MacSync LPS Xx, designed and manufactured in Pune, with WPC compliance and RoHS on its datasheet and IN865 as the shipped plan. Milesight and Dragino list IN865 among their plans; Ellenex does not list it; Decentlab's page does not state bands.
None of the five is a utility transient logger. All sample at intervals of a minute or more; a DMA transient analysis needs a logger that samples many times a second, placed at a few critical points beside LoRaWAN sensors at many.
