Where each fits
What the table means for your site
Where the MacLink Gen-2 fits
Rooftops, masts and poles in Indian conditions: a −40 to +80 °C rating, dual LTE with two SIMs for backhaul failover, a light 410 g housing, and WPC-compliant hardware from Pune with the network server choice left to you. It forwards to ChirpStack, The Things Network, Orbiwise, LORIOT or a private server.
Where the Milesight UG67 fits
Deployments that want an embedded network server on the gateway and the fastest processor of the three, with gigabit Ethernet. It is rated to +70 °C and carries one SIM.
Where the RAK WisGate Edge Pro V2 fits
Tower sites that may need 16 channels, with a built-in server, packet forwarder and Basics Station support. It is the heaviest at 4.6 kg and rated to +55 °C, which limits it on hot rooftops.

Questions
Choosing between them
Macnman states 2,000+ devices for the MacLink Gen-2 and Milesight up to 2,000 for the UG67; RAK does not state a figure on the datasheet page checked. In practice the limit is airtime per channel, which the free network calculator on this site estimates for your reporting interval.
Only for a small site with no server of its own. For anything larger, a separate network server such as ChirpStack or The Things Stack, hosted or on-premise, manages many gateways; all three gateways forward to one.
The MacLink Gen-2 is rated to +80 °C, the UG67 to +70 °C and the RAK7289V2 to +55 °C. A rooftop enclosure in direct sun can exceed 55 °C in many Indian cities.
