IoT Solutions by Industry

Sensors, converters, controllers and gateways mapped to the jobs they do

An IoT solution is the combination of sensors, converters, controllers and gateways that answers a specific operational question — how much diesel is in the DG tank, whether the cold room stayed in range overnight, which parking bays are free, when to irrigate. Macnman's solution pages are organised by industry and map each application to the device that does the job, with the network choice explained.

Every device is designed and manufactured in Pune, uses open standards — LoRaWAN, Modbus, MQTT and HTTPS — and carries no mandatory cloud subscription, so a solution can run on your own platform or a partner's.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

A set of connected devices — sensors, converters, controllers and a gateway — that measures or controls something in a plant, a city, a building or a farm and reports it to a platform where people and software act on it. The value is in the question it answers: a fuel level, a cold-room excursion, a free parking bay, a dry root zone.

No. Macnman devices speak open standards — LoRaWAN, Modbus, MQTT and HTTPS — and publish to your own platform, a partner's platform or an on-premise server. There is no mandatory Macnman cloud.

Yes. The MacSync LX1 and WX1 converters read RS485 Modbus RTU, 4–20 mA, 0–10 V and digital signals from the instruments a plant already has and send them over LoRaWAN or Wi-Fi, so nothing has to be replaced.

Factories and process plants, smart cities and municipalities, commercial buildings, and agriculture, each with its own page. Many deployments combine them: a campus with parking, building energy and landscape irrigation on one gateway.

Yes. Macnman designs and manufactures its own hardware in Pune, so variants and custom devices are built on the same platform. Talk to the team about the application.
