Where each fits
What the table means for your site
Where the MacSet LX1 fits
Pumps, motor starters, valves and lighting feeders that need a 16 A relay, a 230 V AC or 9–36 V DC supply in the panel and an IP65 enclosure that can live outdoors, with schedule, trigger and cyclic rules on the device and a MacTalk variant for sites with no gateway. Indian manufacture, WPC compliance and support from Pune come with it.
Where the Milesight UC300 fits
Indoor panels that need more inputs than outputs: four pulse-counting digital inputs, PT100 inputs and RS232 as well as RS485, with an IF-THEN rule engine of up to 16 rules and a wide band list. Its relays are rated 3 A and its page states no IP rating, so it sits inside a cabinet.
Where the Dragino LT-22222-L fits
A low-cost I/O controller with two 5 A relays, two digital inputs and outputs and 0–20 mA and 0–30 V analog inputs, configured by AT commands and downlinks. Its page states no IP rating, operating temperature or RS485 port, so check the manual for the job.

Questions
Choosing between them
On the published figures the MacSet LX1 relays are rated 16 A, the Dragino LT-22222-L relays 5 A and the Milesight UC300 relays 3 A. In practice a motor is switched through its starter or contactor on all three, so the rating matters most for lighting feeders, heaters and direct resistive loads.
The MacSet LX1 runs schedule, trigger and cyclic rules on the device and offers a MacTalk variant that works with no gateway. The Milesight UC300 runs up to 16 IF-THEN rules locally. The Dragino page checked does not describe local automation.
The MacSet LX1 is designed and manufactured in Pune and is WPC compliant for the IN865 band; support comes from the engineers who built it, in Indian Standard Time. Milesight and Dragino devices are imported, with IN865 variants available.
The MacSet LX1 is IP65 with an IP67 option and rated from −40 to +80 °C. The UC300 page gives −20 to +60 °C and no IP rating, and the LT-22222-L page gives neither, so both are cabinet devices unless their manuals say otherwise.
