MacSync LSS X2 is an industrial-grade LoRaWAN® soil moisture and soil temperature sensor designed for precision agriculture, smart irrigation systems, greenhouse automation, crop monitoring, plantations, vineyards, orchards, and environmental soil analysis applications. Built for long-range wireless communication and ultra-low-power field deployments, the sensor continuously measures soil volumetric water content (VWC) and soil temperature in real time.

The device helps farmers, irrigation consultants, greenhouse operators, agricultural researchers, and smart farming integrators optimize irrigation scheduling, improve crop health, reduce water consumption, and prevent over-irrigation or soil stress conditions.

Engineered using Macnman’s low-power wireless architecture, the MacSync LSS X2 LoRaWAN soil moisture sensor provides stable measurements across multiple soil conditions including clay soil, sandy soil, red soil, cocopeat, greenhouse media, saline regions, and high-moisture agricultural environments.

Its rugged IP67/IP68-ready outdoor enclosure and corrosion-resistant soil probe enable long-term deployment in harsh agricultural and industrial conditions. The sensor supports seamless integration with The Things Network (TTN), ChirpStack, MQTT servers, Loriot, Orbiwise, private LoRaWAN® gateways, and industrial IoT dashboards.

The device supports configurable uplink intervals, threshold-based irrigation alerts, OTA configuration via the Maya App, local BLE diagnostics, onboard data buffering, and multi-year battery operation for remote farmland deployments.
