Product Overview
MacEdge CX308 is an industrial-grade Edge Gateway and Data Acquisition Controller designed to connect field sensors, industrial instruments, and automation equipment directly to the cloud and SCADA systems. Built for high I/O density and reliable industrial communication, CX308 combines Ethernet, RS485 (Modbus RTU), and multiple digital and analog I/O channels in a single rugged device — making it ideal for machine monitoring, process automation, and remote telemetry applications.
With 1 × Ethernet port, 1 × RS485, 8 × Digital Inputs (DI), 8 × Digital Outputs (DO), and 8 × Analog Inputs (AI), MacEdge CX308 can acquire data from a wide range of sensors and equipment such as energy meters, flow meters, pressure transmitters, motor panels, pumps, and industrial PLC systems. It supports real-time control through digital outputs and enables event-based automation for critical operations.
For distributed deployments, MacEdge CX308 offers optional 4G LTE cellular and Wi‑Fi connectivity, allowing stable data transmission even in remote sites where wired network access is unavailable. With edge intelligence capabilities, secure data delivery, and flexible cloud integration, MacEdge CX308 transforms industrial signals into actionable insights for smarter, faster, and more reliable operations.
